Office Manager


Kimberly moved to the Santa Cruz area in 2006 and has been a local in Aptos ever since. Her career in Veterinary medicine started over 20 years ago and she became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2010. Kimberly enjoys nursing and Practice Management. She has a special place in her heart for Dobermans, and enjoys camping and horseback riding.


Dr. Tricia Sera is a Colorado native who attended veterinary school at Colorado State University.  She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1994 and has been practicing small animal medicine ever since.  She has a special interest in dentistry, dermatology and geriatrics but also likes to help owners practice preventative medicine.  She moved to the bay area in 2104 with her son and dogs in tow and practiced in Gilroy for 10 years.  She then took a year diversion of practicing in Kauai and has since decided to join the team at Del Mar Pet Hospital.  Dr. Sera lives on a 1/2 acre farm in Royal Oaks and spends her free time surfing, mountain biking, and taking her dog Chili to the beach.  

Dr. Mary Siri was born and raised locally in Santa Cruz county. She received an animal science degree from U.C. Davis in 2001. After working for a few years as a veterinary technician, she returned to school to pursue her childhood ambition of becoming a veterinarian. She studied veterinary medicine at Western University of Health Sciences and earned her doctorate in 2008. After graduation, she returned to the Aptos area and has practiced in small animal and avian clinics.

Dr. Siri enjoys working with a variety of patients, including dogs, cats, and exotic animals like birds, rabbits, and rodents. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. Her new chocolate lab puppy is named Sadie.

Doctors

Dr. Nichole Brooks grew up in coastal Northern California.  She moved to Santa Cruz in 1996 to attend UCSC.  She then worked as a zoo keeper for several years.  She completed her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at St. George's University and then completed her clinical rotations at NC State in Raleigh North Carolina.  In her free time she enjoys her family, the beach, traveling and reading.
